ESKA® MMC is a robust, reliable, and scalable carrier class system that allows subscribers to send and receive multimedia messages containing text, graphics, audio, and video. To do so, subscribers can use a variety of sources including cellular phones, e-mail accounts, and Value Added Service (VAS) applications. ESKA® MMC also allows service providers and operators to provide their customers with rich multimedia messaging services.
The system is accessed and maintained through a friendly easy-to-use Web interface. In addition, subscribers can access their accounts and inboxes through a different Web interface that allows them to compose and play multimedia messages.
ESKA® MMC is compliant with the latest 3GPP technical specifications and WAP Forum industry standards, ensuring compatibility with other MMS centres and user agents.

- Message Management
ESKA® MMC supports multimedia message receiving, sending, storing, routing, forwarding (manual and automatic), and conversion, in addition to future delivery features.
- Notifications
Maintaining comprehensive updates on the status of message transactions, ESKA® MMC provides the following notifications and reports:

- CDR Generation
ESKA® MMC generates different types of CDRs that cover messaging traffic in accordance with the 3GPP standards. These CDRs are generated using the relevant standards of ASN.1 format.
- Flexible Charging
ESKA® MMC provides the operator with multiple methods to enable charging the user on multimedia message count, message size, and content type. Charging methods can vary between offline CDRs for post-paid subscribers or real-time charging requests for prepaid ones.
- Over the Air (OTA) Provisioning
Using ESKA® MMC, the operator can send customisable OTA configurations containing both the GPRS and the MMS handset settings as required.
